Current South Carolina Special Education (SPED) teaching certification required Experience with or knowledge of mild intellectual disabilities Strong ability to modify and adapt grade-level curriculum Effective communication and collaboration skills with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to maintain accurate educational records, write and implement IEPs, and monitor student progress Dedication to building a nurturing, structured classroom environment Willingness to actively participate in IEP meetings and planning

Key Responsibilities:
