Skills & Experience Needed:

Active South Carolina Special Education License, including Early Childhood endorsements Experience working with preschool-aged children (age 3 preferred) Ability to develop and adapt individualized lesson plans based on each student's unique needs Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with families and other educators Familiarity with creating and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom atmosphere

Primary Responsibilities:

Instruct and support PreK students with developmental delays, focusing on age-appropriate academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals Develop and carry out individualized curriculum that aligns with students IEPs Collaborate closely with paraprofessionals, therapists, and other specialists to support comprehensive educational plans Communicate regularly with families, providing updates on progress and strategies for continued growth at home Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and program fidelity Provide compassionate care that encourages a love of learning and builds foundational skills Step into a supportive school community and make your mark on the future.
