Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field Valid South Carolina teaching license in Special Education (required) Experience working with early childhood/elementary special education, particularly with 3K or 4K students Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and data-based instructional planning Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff and families
