Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for a dynamic 3K and 4K caseload Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment conducive to early learning and growth Differentiate curriculum and instructional strategies to meet varied student needs Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate regularly with general education staff, parents, and other service providers Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal special education guidelines
