Join Our Team! We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our Burger King team. The Assistant Manager works closely with the General Manager to lead the restaurant, support employees, provide excellent guest service, and ensure the restaurant operates safely, efficiently, and according to Burger King standards. What You'll Do Assist the General Manager with the daily operation of the restaurant Lead and motivate team members to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service Help train, coach, and develop employees Supervise shifts and ensure proper staffing and deployment Ensure food is prepared and served according to Burger King quality and food-safety standards Monitor product quality, cleanliness, and restaurant appearance Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally Assist with cash handling, deposits, inventory, and controlling food and labor costs Follow company policies and procedures, including food safety and employee safety requirements Complete opening and closing duties as assigned Help maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment Communicate effectively with the General Manager and restaurant team Address employee performance and attendance issues appropriately Step in and perform any restaurant task when needed, including cooking, cashiering, cleaning, and customer service What We're Looking For Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred Leadership experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example Ability to coach and motivate a team Ability to handle customer concerns professionally Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position Join us as an Assistant Manager where your leadership can make a real impact!
