9673589-29556 Job Description Ignite the potential in young learners as a Special Education Teacher supporting early elementary students. This contract position offers the opportunity to serve 3K and 4K classrooms in a positive, collaborative school environment. The assignment will run from August 10, 2026, through May 21, 2027, with a Monday through Friday schedule (7:15am 2:45pm) for a total of 37.5 hours per week. As a key member of the Special Education team, youll play a vital role in shaping foundational skills and making a genuine impact during an important stage in students' academic journey.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid and current South Carolina teacher certification in Special Education (required, with no exceptions) Experience teaching early childhood or primary grades preferred Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and classroom accommodations/modifications Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with teachers, staff, and families Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:
