Desired Qualifications:

Current teaching certification in Special Education (state requirements apply) Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field Previous experience in a self-contained, PRTF, or resource classroom highly preferred Adaptability, strong communication abilities, and commitment to inclusive instruction

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Use evidence-based instructional techniques tailored to each student's needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment Monitor progress and adjust plans for optimal student success
