• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team at a private school. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing educational programs for students, focusing on early childhood education and curriculum development.

• Duties:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of students
• Provide a nurturing and safe environment for children
• Collaborate with other teachers to create a positive learning environment
• Monitor and assess student progress to provide ongoing guidance
• Utilize knowledge of childhood development to support student learning
• Incorporate special education techniques as needed
• Manage classroom behavior and promote positive behavioral health

• Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Previous experience preferred working with students in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of math concepts and curriculum development
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles
