We are seeking a FT and a PT compassionate and experienced Nephrology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing healthcare team. The NP will provide comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, working collaboratively with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with kidney-related conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results. Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in accordance with state regulations. Manage patients receiving hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. Educate patients and families on kidney disease, dialysis, medications, and lifestyle modifications. Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, dialysis centers, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.

Qualifications:

Current APRN and Nurse Practitioner licensure. DEA registration and BLS certification preferred. Nephrology, dialysis, internal medicine, or related clinical experience preferred.
