Multiple positions are available for dedicated Special Education Teachers at middle and high school levels. Required Qualifications:

Active Special Education Teacher License for the state of Texas Dual certification: EC-12 Special Education and 4-8 Core for middle school, or EC-12 Special Education and 7-12 Core for high school Previous experience working with diverse learners, including students with special needs, strongly preferred Strong communication and collaborative skills with students, staff, and families Commitment to fostering a positive, growth-driven classroom culture

Primary Responsibilities:

Design and deliver differentiated instruction tailored to individual student needs in alignment with IEPs Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to ensure student success Manage case documentation, IEP meetings, and progress reporting in compliance with state and federal guidelines Offer academic and behavioral support, utilizing evidence-based strategies and interventions Foster an inclusive, engaging classroom atmosphere promoting student confidence and independence Youll appreciate a schedule of 35 to 37.5 hours per week across five days, allowing focus and consistency as you build strong relationships within your school community.
