Qualifications/Experience:

Valid teaching certification in Special Education (or eligible for obtaining) Experience with life skills or alternate curriculum programs preferred Background working with elementary or high school students Strong collaboration and communication skills Adaptability and a resourceful teaching approach

Responsibilities:

Deliver instruction and support to students with special needs in Alternate Curriculum (Life Skills) settings Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student goals Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and families Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment Monitor progress and adapt strategies to support student growth
