Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored instruction to students with special needs in alignment with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure comprehensive support Foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive classroom environment for all learners Assess students progress and adjust strategies as needed for optimal outcomes Maintain detailed records and participate in IEP meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid teaching license with Special Education certification (state requirements apply) Previous classroom experience supporting diverse learning needs Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Flexible, adaptable, and eager to embrace new environments
