School-Based Qualifications Valid Texas Special Education teaching certification required Experience working with elementary students preferred Experience in a Life Skills or substantially separate classroom preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to collaborate with paraprofessionals, related service providers, and school staff

Pay:

$30+ per hour, based on experience Position Details Support students in a Life Skills classroom Serve students in 2nd-5th grade Develop and implement individualized instruction based on student needs Collaborate with the special education team and related service providers Maintain a structured, supportive, and engaging classroom environment Key Responsibilities Develop and implement IEP-aligned instruction Provide individualized academic and functional skills instruction Monitor student progress and maintain documentation Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and other student support meetings Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) eligibility Weekly pay Dedicated Soliant support Potential for contract extensions Interested?
