School-Based Position Details Provide behavioral support to an elementary school student Work one-on-one with the student to support positive behaviors and successful classroom participation Implement individualized behavior strategies and interventions Collect and document behavioral data and student progress Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and the BCBA Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Seeking a seasoned RBT with strong behavioral experience Experience supporting elementary-aged students preferred Strong communication, patience, and behavior-management skills Ability to collaborate effectively with school and clinical teams

Pay:
