Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract This position is for two paraprofessionals to support elementary students with significant disabilities in a school setting located in Provo, UT. Both roles involve working closely with students to provide assistance in lower math and reading areas.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting students with significant disabilities in academic tasks, primarily in lower-level math and reading Implementing individualized behavior plans (for one of the paraprofessionals) Collaborating with teachers and staff to support student learning and progress Monitoring student behavior and assisting in maintaining a positive learning environment Assisting with daily classroom activities and routines

Qualifications:

Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role Knowledge of strategies for supporting students with significant disabilities Ability to follow behavior intervention plans effectively (particularly for the role involving behavior plans) Strong communication and teamwork skills Patience and a genuine interest in helping students succeed academically and socially
