This contract opportunity offers a set schedule from 8 AM to 4 PM, totaling 40 hours per week, through the end of the school year on May 21. You'll work closely with a manageable caseload of 10 students in a supportive environment. Your expertise in special education will provide personalized instruction while ensuring each child thrives academically and socially.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification Previous experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in special education Knowledge of general education curriculum standards for 3rd grade Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs Familiarity with implementing IEPs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
