Duties Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and equipment using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts when necessary Operate various vehicles including box trucks and courier vans with manual or automatic transmissions to transport items between locations Assist customers with their belongings, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout the moving process Ensure all items are properly secured during transit to prevent damage or accidents Load and unload trucks efficiently by following route schedules and handling heavy lifting tasks with care Maintain cleanliness and organization of moving equipment and storage areas before, during, and after moves Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of lifting techniques and equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse work, delivery driving, or moving services is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or courier vehicles preferred Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and route driving experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards clients and team members Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other loading equipment is advantageous Ability to work physically demanding shifts in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values hard work, safety, and excellent service!
