Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Special Education teaching certification (or eligibility pending) Bachelors degree (minimum) in Special Education or a related field Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and faculty Classroom management skills and the ability to adapt lessons to various learning styles Experience with diverse student populations, including those with mild to moderate disabilities, is highly desirable
