Desired Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teacher certification/license Demonstrated experience in a special education classroom or resource setting Deep understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Skill in adapting instructional materials for individual student needs Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
Provide small-group and individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs Develop, review, and implement IEPs, working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams Modify curriculum and teaching strategies to ensure student engagement and success Maintain accurate records and ongoing assessments of student progress Engage in regular collaboration with general education teachers and specialists to support student inclusion
