This full-time contract opportunity spans 37.5 hours per week, working with an engaging and diverse caseload of 18-20 students across grade levels. Youll play a vital role in helping each student thrive academically and reach their fullest potential.

Key Qualifications:

Current certification as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired Experience or strong desire to support K-12 students with visual impairments Ability to adapt curriculum, materials, and assessments for accessibility Strong communication skills to collaborate with students, families, and educational staff Organizational ability to manage individualized educational plans and monitor student progress

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver direct instruction and support for students with visual impairments Modify and implement curriculum accommodations to meet student needs Consult with general education teachers and support staff to foster inclusive learning environments Maintain detailed documentation of student progress, adapting strategies as needed Collaborate with families to ensure consistent support in and out of the classroom Enjoy an attractive pay rate of $45+/hour along with a comprehensive range of benefits.
