Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support to students, both one-on-one and in small groups Assist students with daily classroom activities, instruction, and assignments Support students with special education needs and implement individualized learning goals Create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and encouraging classroom space Follow instructional plans and guidance from teachers and special education staff Supervise students and assist in maintaining daily classroom routines Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families Promote student independence, confidence, and social skillsDesired Qualifications:
