Qualifications and Skills:
Valid Professional OT Licensure in Washington State ESA Certification in Occupational Therapy (required) Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred Open to working with elementary, middle, and high school students Strong communication and collaborative skills
Core Responsibilities:
Assess and provide therapy services to a K-12 caseload across two school sites Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and families to drive student progress Maintain timely documentation and compliance with state and district policies
