Job Description

Tiny Humans. Big Personalities. We're Hiring. Early Bloomers Child Care | Stanwood, WA Do you enjoy working with children? Are you dependable, positive, and able to function in a room where someone may be singing, someone may be crying because their banana broke, and someone else is VERY excited to tell you about the bug they found outside? Perfect. You might be our kind of person. Early Bloomers Child Care is looking for Early Learning Teachers to join our Stanwood team as we continue to grow! We take what we do seriously. We just don't think you have to be serious every second while doing it. Children only get one childhood, and we believe they deserve teachers who genuinely enjoy being with them. Teachers who get on their level, build relationships, create experiences, laugh with them, comfort them, encourage them, and understand just how important these early years are. What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely likes kids. This one is pretty important. Dependability. Our children and your coworkers need to know they can count on you. A positive, professional attitude Someone who participates instead of just supervising from the sidelines Patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor Someone who can communicate well with families and coworkers A team player who is willing to jump in and help Someone who wants to learn, grow, and be part of a strong team Experience in early learning is wonderful, but we're also interested in finding the right people. If you are dependable, caring, willing to learn, and naturally great with children, we want to hear from you. A Little About Us Early Bloomers Child Care has been serving children and families since 2015. Our approach is relationship based and experience based. We believe in warm, home like classrooms, meaningful experiences, child choice, social emotional development, and letting children actually enjoy being children. We have expectations. We work hard. We support each other. And yes, some days you may go home with paint on your shirt, a sticker you don't remember receiving, and a very detailed story about a preschooler's pet lizard. That's early learning. And we happen to love it. If you're looking for a job where your work actually matters, we'd love to meet you. Early Bloomers Child Care Stanwood, WA Grow. Learn. Blossom.
