Duties Deliver prepared lesson plans and instructional activities in accordance with curriculum guidelines across multiple subjects, including literacy, math, science, and social studies. Manage classroom behavior effectively by implementing behavior management strategies that promote respect, responsibility, and positive interactions among students. Adapt instructional methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with disabilities or developmental challenges such as autism or other special education requirements. Organize classroom activities that foster creativity, critical thinking, and active participation among students. Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment by supervising students at all times and ensuring adherence to school policies. Communicate clearly with students about expectations and provide support through tutoring or mentoring as needed. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in educational settings or childcare environments.
