FUNCTION

Provide high quality comprehensive child development services to prepare infants and toddlers for school.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of CDA relevant to specific age group. Prefer Associates Degree or Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Development (IECE)

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES

Participate in and support all School Readiness and Family Engagement activities and trainings as

Maintain an open, friendly, and cooperative relationship with each child's family that encourages their involvement in the program, and promotes them as their child's primary teacher.

Implement the program's research-based selected curricula that includes:

Goals for children's development and

Experiences through which they will achieve these goals.

What staff and parent do to help children achieve these goals.
