Job Description

St. Odilia School is seeking a full-time 3rd grade teacher beginning for the 2026-27 academic year. We are looking for a teacher who is excited to teach 3rd grade students and bring a joy and love of learning to these children. The ideal candidate will have excellent classroom management and be someone who is able to motivate students for academic excellence. This new faculty member will be committed to advancing the mission of St.
Odilia School by:
Providing a safe, loving, nurturing learning environment for our students. Foster an environment in which each child is called into a relationship with Jesus Christ. Enabling our students to achieve high academic standards through an advanced curriculum. Working with our students to develop a character based on personal integrity. Providing an environment where students are engaged and seek to understand and want to continually show effort to improve and do well. Participating as a member of our community in workshops, staff development opportunities, and committee responsibilities.
