Summary:

St. Mary's Academy is seeking a passionate, full-time Elementary School Teacher to join our wonderful, faith-centered community! We combine the Montessori philosophy for our youngest learners with dynamic Project-Based Learning (PBL) across all grade levels to foster curiosity, independence, and joyful discovery. We are looking for an energetic, faith-filled educator who is eager to guide students through hands-on, meaningful learning experiences. No prior Montessori or PBL certification is required! We value a strong willingness to learn and adapt these child-centered methods into your classroom. New to Teaching? Start your career with us! We provide hands-on training, classroom support, and dedicated mentorship in both Montessori and Project-Based Learning approaches.
