Overview Join our dynamic team as a CPR Instructor and become a vital part of saving lives through expert training and education. In this role, you will deliver engaging, instructor-led courses on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), automated external defibrillator (AED) operation, first aid protocols, and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS). Your enthusiasm and expertise will empower individuals to respond confidently during emergencies, making a real difference in communities. Duties Deliver comprehensive CPR, AED, first aid sessions using adult education principles and adult learning techniques Utilize first aid instruction simulation dummies and emergency defibrillation trainers to provide realistic practice scenarios Assess participant skills through hands-on demonstrations, simulations, and assessments to ensure competency in life-saving techniques Maintain up-to-date knowledge of first aid protocols, AED operation procedures, and emergency response guidelines Facilitate classroom experiences that promote active learning, confidence building, and effective communication among participants Support ongoing curriculum development by incorporating best practices in teaching, public speaking, and classroom management Course times vary and will ultimately depend on your availability Skills Proven experience in adult education teaching or instructor-led training environments Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to varied audiences Expertise in
