Requirements Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings. Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional adaptability across diverse student populations. Strong classroom management skills coupled with effective behavior management techniques. Excellent communication skills to engage students effectively and maintain positive parent-teacher relationships. Ability to work flexibly across different classrooms and grade levels on short notice. Proficiency with computers and educational technologies to support interactive learning experiences. Understanding of childhood development principles and experience working with individuals with autism or in private school environments is a plus.
