Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling opportunity supporting students as a Paraprofessional in a vibrant educational setting near Mesa, AZ. This contract position begins as soon as possible and extends through May 28, 2027, offering stability and the chance to make a meaningful difference each day. You'll work a consistent 40-hour schedule each week, collaborating with dedicated staff and adapting your skills to serve children across various age groups, each with unique needs. You'll play a key role assisting teachers, providing direct student support, and fostering an inclusive, positive classroom experience. Your commitment will empower learners to reach their full potential while gaining invaluable hands-on experience in education.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a school support role preferred Ability to collaborate professionally with teachers, staff, and families Strong interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility to work with varied age groups and support different learning needs Commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant coursework a plus
Key Responsibilities:
