Deer Valley Road) is looking for an Office Assistant/Resource Teacher position at our School! This role splits time between the classroom and office as needed to support school operations. The shift for this position is from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will support the Education Director and Operations Manager with administrative support and in maintaining compliance with licensing requirements and fostering positive relationships with families and the community. You will also spend time in the classroom working with children ages infant through pre-kindergarten. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years working in early education as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Given the responsibilities of this role, a minimum Associates in ECE or CDA is required. Nurture your growth. Empower your success. Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education Strong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices, team leadership and classroom management Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills A genuine love for children and commitment to providing high-quality education Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements Wonder of Learning® is our exclusive education program designed to embrace how children learn best — through play and curiosity.
