  • IF YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY PASSED THE INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANT GENERAL EDUCATION AND SPECIAL EDUCATION TESTS, YOU DO NOT NEED TO RE-TEST
    An AA degree can be used in lieu of testing.
  • Two recent written letters of recommendation are required.

  • F). Times are approximate 8:00 AM
  • 2:30 PM Para Educator works under the direction of a special education teacher in a variety of school settings.
Para Educator may also provide support to students with intensive challenges (behavior, communication, social skills) in general and special education classrooms. Experience working with autistic students preferred.
