Looking to make a meaningful impact while keeping a flexible schedule? The Education Team is hiring Paraeducators Aides in Cerritos. Support students one-on-one or in small groups, build real classroom experience, and work on your terms!
Responsibilities:
Assist students with special needs in both general and special education classrooms Support lead teachers with daily routines, learning activities, and behavior management Provide academic and emotional support in a caring, inclusive environment Work closely with site staff and follow teacher or program directions
Schedule:
Part-time or full-time — you choose your availability Minimum of 2 days/week Assignments available Monday through Friday Schedules are matched to your preferences and availability
Requirements:
High school diploma required; BA degree preferred Experience with children or in a school setting is a plus Comfortable supporting students with special needs Negative TB test required prior to hire Reliable, patient, and ready to be part of a team Why Join The Education Team?
