At Behavior Functions, Inc., you will get the chance to work with one of the most supportive, collaborative, and rewarding teams in Southern California. We are specifically seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians, Special Education Professionals, and Paraprofessionals who already possess a strong foundation in working with special needs children or young adults.
PLEASE NOTE
(MANDATORY
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
) This is a professional clinical role providing vital therapy to clients across Orange County. Because our families rely heavily on our team, we strictly require:
VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE
: Prior experience as a BT, RBT, paraprofessional, or in special education classrooms.
DRIVING & COMMUTING
A valid CA driver's license, clear DMV report, and reliable personal vehicle. You must be comfortable driving to in-person sessions at client homes throughout Orange County.
CASELOAD SCHEDULE
Firm availability during our peak hours (Mon-Fri 2:00 PM
  • 8:00 PM and Saturdays 8:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM).
You must be able to commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours per week. If you do not meet these criteria, please do not apply.

COMPETITIVE PAY
Earn $22.00 to $28.00 per hour based on your direct ABA experience.
DRIVE TIME & MILEAGE
Full gas mileage and drive-time reimbursement while commuting between clients.

WHO YOU ARE

THE EXPERIENCE
Verifiable history working 1-on-1 with children or young adults on the autism spectrum or with developmental differences.
THE DRIVE
High energy, fun personality, exceptional maturity, and professional boundaries.
THE BASICS
18+ years old, holding a High School Diploma (Bachelor's or Master's Degree strongly preferred).
LANGUAGE BONUS
Bilingual fluency in Vietnamese or Spanish is a major asset!
