Assistant Art Instructor

Overview We are seeking a creative, patient, and enthusiastic Art Teacher to join our team and lead engaging visual art classes for young children aged 5 to 13 years old. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a passion for nurturing creativity in young minds through age-appropriate artistic exploration. Responsibilities Plan and deliver fun, hands-on art lessons tailored to the developmental stages of children aged 5 to 13. Introduce children to a variety of artistic mediums, such as drawing, painting, collage, and clay. Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages imagination and self-expression. Encourage motor skill development, color recognition, and visual storytelling through creative activities. Manage classroom behavior with warmth and clarity, promoting positive social interaction and cooperation. Maintain clear communication with parents and school staff regarding student progress and classroom activities. Organize and display student artwork for exhibitions or school events. Requirements Degree or certification in fine arts, or a related field. Experience working with young children in an educational or recreational setting. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Friendly, patient, and energetic personality with a love for working with children。 Ability to create a joyful and imaginative learning atmosphere.
