Job Summary Job Summary Big Springs Union Elementary School District is seeking two Instructional Assistant / SAFE Aides for the 2026-2027 school year. These positions provide classroom instructional support during the regular school day and transition into the district's SAFE/After-School Program. Duties include assisting students individually and in small groups, supporting classroom instruction and behavior, supervising students, assisting with enrichment and recreation activities, homework support, student check-in/check-out, and helping maintain a safe, positive, and organized learning environment.
