Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Paraprofessional or Instructional Assistant in school settings Comprehensive understanding of behavioral support strategies Ability to work effectively with K-12 students, adapting support to a variety of needs and developmental levels Experience collaborating with teachers and multidisciplinary teams Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with students and staff Flexibility to work across various caseloads and school sites within the district Commitment to consistent attendance throughout the full school year High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or additional training are highly valued
Role Responsibilities:
