The Role As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support children's learning, development, and wellbeing within the EYFS setting. You will help create engaging learning experiences, encourage positive social interactions, and support children as they develop key early learning skills.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have experience working with young children in a school, nursery, preschool, childcare, or similar setting. Be confident supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities. Demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and a nurturing approach. Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Have a genuine passion for Early Years education.

Desirable Qualifications:

Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification. Early Years Practitioner Qualification. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent Early Years/Childcare qualification. While qualifications are desirable, applications from individuals with relevant experience working with young children are also welcomed.
