Competitive, dependent on experience Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant Required - FY5 Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the FY5 area following the October half-term break. This is a full-time role supporting pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to create a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment where children can thrive both academically and socially.
The Role:
Supporting teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom. Delivering targeted interventions and small group activities. Assisting with planning and preparing engaging learning resources. Promoting children's social, emotional, and educational development. Supporting children with varying learning needs. Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or Teaching Support . Previous experience working within an EYFS setting. Sound knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child development. A patient, caring and proactive approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. What the
