The schedule allows for work-life balance: weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Wednesdays with an early 1:00 PM finish.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional in educational or therapeutic settings Training or background supporting students with social-emotional or behavioral challenges Strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability Demonstrated ability to build rapport with students and collaborate effectively with school staff Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to daily challenges

Key Responsibilities:
