The assignment covers the period from October 1st to November 30th, with the possibility of extension.

Key Qualifications:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional or similar role within a school environment Familiarity with social emotional and behavioral support strategies Ability to build strong, positive relationships with students in a 1:1 setting Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide individualized support and guidance to assigned student Assist with implementing behavior intervention plans under the direction of educational staff Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals Support classroom activities and help reinforce positive behavioral outcomes Maintain documentation and communicate regularly about student progress Ensure a safe, encouraging environment that helps promote student achievement Scheduled hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. All duties are performed onsite at a local clinic, within a team committed to compassionate, student-centered care.
