The initial assignment is scheduled from October 1st to November 30th, with the possibility of extension.

Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, allowing for work-life balance.

Qualifications:

Experience working as a paraprofessional, especially with students exhibiting social emotional and behavioral challenges Familiarity with behavior intervention strategies and positive reinforcement techniques Ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries with students Strong communication and collaboration skills with educational staff and families Understanding of confidentiality standards and ethical guidelines in school settings

Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student, assisting with behavioral and social-emotional development throughout the school day Implement teacher and therapist recommendations and behavior plans Assist with classroom activities and facilitate participation in educational programming Offer encouragement, redirection, and positive feedback to help the student succeed Track progress and report observations to the multidisciplinary team This contract role offers a meaningful way to expand your experience in a supportive educational environment.
