Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract A school district in New Milford, CT, is now looking to hire two Paraeducators for current, full-time openings at the high school level. These positions involve working closely with lead teachers and supervisors to support students receiving special education services. Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and classroom support to high school students receiving special education services. Assist lead teachers and supervisors in the instruction and supervision of students as outlined in their PPTs and IEPs. Support student learning and help implement educational objectives throughout the school day. Assist students with daily living needs, including toileting, when required. Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
Experience:
Previous experience as a Paraeducator or in a directly related role is required.
Education:
Paraprofessional Certification OR Associate's degree (or a minimum of 60 college credits) OR Bachelor's degree or higher

7:25 AM - 2:25
PM Pay:
