Provide instructional and behavioral support to students under the guidance of certified teachers Assist with classroom management and facilitate small-group or one-on-one learning activities Adapt to diverse needs across kindergarten through 12th grade Support inclusion and engagement for students with a variety of abilities Contribute to a positive, collaborative school culture and communicate effectively with staff
