Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Experience working with children or in educational settings preferred Ability to follow teacher direction and adapt to changing classroom needs Strong interpersonal and communication skills to partner with students and staff Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting diverse classroom populations High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or relevant certification a plusKey Responsibilities:
