Qualifications and Requirements:

Active Delaware Paraeducator Permit required (please attach documentation with application); candidates without this permit will not be considered. Demonstrated experience working as a paraprofessional in an educational setting, particularly supporting students with autism spectrum disorder, is preferred. Willingness to obtain $85 CBC fingerprinting clearance; confirmation and agreement to this requirement must be provided prior to presentation. Commitment to working the entire contract period from October 26, 2026, through the end of March. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to follow directions from certified staff and adapt to the needs of students. If holding an RBT credential, please note that supervision is not provided as part of this assignment, and RBT duties/titles are not applicable during this placement.
