What Were Looking For:

Holds a valid Delaware Paraeducator Permit (applications with pending or in-process permits cannot be considered) Previous experience supporting teachers or students as a paraprofessional in a school setting Comfortable working onsite every weekday, with a commitment to a full academic schedule Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to evolving classroom needs Willingness to undergo a background check, including $85 CBC fingerprinting (candidate is responsible for fee) If you are also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), note that external BCBA supervision is required to maintain certification, as the district will not provide RBT-specific supervision or compensation
