Job Description
Job Summary Elderly woman in her 90s is looking for an In Home Caregiver for 5 days a week for 7 hours/day. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as needed. Administer medications following prescribed care plans and ensure proper medication administration procedures are followed. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning client spaces and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Communicate effectively with family members, and healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and update on patient progress or concerns. Experience Prior experience working in home health, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication management, and vital signs monitoring. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality is essential. Extensive background check will be performed. NDA is required.
