Working from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday - Friday Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum focused on early childhood development, including preschool activities and play-based learning Supervise and engage with children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, naps, and transitions to ensure safety and positive behavior management Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behaviors, and daily experiences to foster strong partnerships Support classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and social skills among children Experience Prior experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare, childcare centers, or early childhood education settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and instructional techniques for young children Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a valuable asset Join us to inspire young minds during their formative years!
