This position starts at $20 per hour and provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day. The ideal candidates will have experience working with both neurotypical and neurodivergent students, a genuine love for children, and a heart for serving in a Christian environment. Qualifications for this position include prior experience working with children, preferably those with special needs. Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to follow the teacher's direction while supporting students' individual needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certifications in special education or behavioral support are a plus. A willingness to work in a Christian environment and uphold its values is also important.
